National Manager Key Accounts - Arasco Food

Job Purpose:

To direct and oversee the key accounts sales operations in KSA and achieve sales targets for this channel



Key Accountabilities:

Develop and manage relationships with key accounts

• Manage all key accounts sales operations for Arasco Foods in KSA

• Coordinate with Head of Sales and Channel Sales Managers - Key Accounts in setting region-wise key sales targets for key accounts

• Devise sales strategies and initiatives to improve sales through key accounts

• Review and suggest annual contract renewal with key accounts, minimizing the rebate % and credit days in coordination with Manager - Key Accounts

• Increase product penetration in key accounts segment across the country

• Review the sales target achievement on a periodic basis and suggest initiatives for improving performance

• Maintain good relationships with all key decision makers in key accounts through frequent visits

• Coordinate with Channel Manager - Key Accounts to identify and partner with new key customers in different areas

• Follow sales receivables collections and work towards minimising the sales receivables from key account customers

• Assign collection targets to respective regions and individuals

• Oversee product availability in all key account outlets on a daily basis
