Quantity Surveyor - Isam Kabbani Group

1. To pre-measure allocated trades and sections at contract start up

2. To work with the clients, PQS and team liaison to agree monthly measures, final measures and variation costing

3. To complete site inspections on a regular basis, reviewing progress and possible variations

4. To communicate with the Operations Team on site on a daily basis, understanding the work programme and progress on site

5. To re-measure works as required

6. To prepare monthly progress claims

7. To measure and value new rates and variations

8. To send Sub-Contractor packages for pricing and evaluation before placement of order

9. To generate Sub-Contractor documentation for payments, contra charges and final accounts

10. To follow up the Payment certificate with the clients and do comparison between the P.C & P.A on the same time

11. To follow up the payments until we receive the cheques .
