Real Estate Director

On behalf of a leading Real Estate and Property developer we are seeking a Real Estate Director - Riyadh.



• Responsible for providing project financial management for Real Estate acquisition projects. You will manage and secure target key locations including trade area study and contracts negotiations.

• Assist in developing the functional strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with companies overall strategies and directions.

• Develop, monitor and implement departmental policies and procedures.

• Manage and monitor the market research process for targeted key locations in line with company’s expansion plans.

• Monitor and identify the geographical coverage of stores on trade areas.

• Develop and manage the Profit and Loss model in collaboration with Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Communications Departments and Construction and Project Management Division..

• Ensure low-cost/best-value for all sites as per policies.

• Manage allocated annual departmental budget by controlling expenditures, cost reduction initiatives and reporting variances versus budgeted, to ensure effective cost management practices.

• Provide guidance and leadership to all departmental staff to achieve agreed upon targeted goals and objectives.

• Ensure effective talent management practice i.e. attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining high performance individuals by efficiently implementing approved HR policies and procedures.
