Plant Quality Inpector - Corrpro Companies Inc. / Corrpower International

· Perform receiving inspections of raw materials, in-process inspections and final inspections of products per company QA/QC requirements



· Monitor, check and ensure the implementation of Quality Process and Procedures during the In-process activities



· Ensure the completeness of the In-process checklist at all stages of manufacturing.



· Identify and report nonconformity in all stages of manufacturing/services and assist in developing corrective actions



· Maintain records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment



· Coordinate with production departments to ensure the quality of the products throughout the process



· Coordinate with Sales/Engineering departments for the customer inspection during the various stages of production and final dispatch.



·Assist implementation of QMS throughout the organization



· Ensure a safe and healthy work environment during all stages of production
