Associate Director, Client Service (ref: MOff-002298) - The Nielsen Company

· Actively engage in generation of business from new & existing clients in order to achieve pre-agreed business targets allocated for the team

· Contribute to overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost savings ideas

· Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior management in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal / credentials

· Providing advice/consultation for clients as required

· Be responsible for receiving client’s research brief and translating it into proposals

· Identify and recommend enhanced/new products/services that answer clients' business needs

· Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews

· Provide leadership to ensure smooth execution of projects meeting client expectations

· Ensure complete adherence to all Nielsen standards / protocols / procedures

· Accountable for a team of researchers determined by area or by product / sector / client

· Responsible for the training and development of his/her team
