Human Resources Manager - Emirates Future General Trading

• Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for overall positions

• Responsible for the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conducting aptitude tests and initial interviews

• Arranging interviews of shortlisted candidates with the line Managers and Senior Management.

• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues

• Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization

• Prepare budget of human resources operations.

• Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

• Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

• Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.

• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.

• Managing and developing the payroll on a monthly basis.
