Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality • Handle project implementation tasks and deliverables as per deadlines.
-Ensure stakeholders and management are updated on the project through timely communication and reports.
-Work with software vendors and implementation partners to implement project. Track that action items and committed deliverables are completed within deadlines.
-Ensure that the system managed, are in good working condition and undergoes regular updates. Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
-Configure and develop custom processes, functionality, reports, and queries as needed in support of business needs with software development tools.
-Develop and implement functional and technical documentation and ensure it is maintained continuously to reflect current state at all times.
-Create user-documentation and train users on system functionality and processes.
-Create test cases and perform comprehensive system testing independently.
