Group Specification Manager - Don Construction Products

Develop and maintain good relationships at a group wide level for key specifiers, clients, architects, and governmental bodies by

• Promote and increase awareness of DCP products and systems specifications through visits, seminars, technical support, specifications, in order to have DCP systems and products specified in all future project and in running projects.

• Manage designated consultant, client and governmental body target list as “key accounts”. Understand their structure and decision making process.

• Support & oversee Country Specifications Manager in the duties and responsibilities.

• To provide direct technical support to sales personnel of countries where no Specifications Manager is available.

• Communicate continuously with sales personnel on upcoming projects. Make sure hand over of projects from specification stage to sales stage is clear and well documented.

• Manage & conduct all internal technical trainings for the sales & marketing personnel to keep up to date on DCP systems and products, new products, developments and techniques

• Creating Specification Clauses and Method Statements in Coordination with Central Marketing Staff
