Typical responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
o Install all new hardware, systems, and software
o IP telephony/PBX setup and maintenance
o Ensure uninterrupted network and internet connectivity 24x7
o Monitor network and bandwidth utilization
o Coordination with hardware & software vendor for proposals & quotations
o Coordination with management for purchase approvals
o Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices
o Supports administration of servers and server clusters
o Manages all system back-up and restore protocol
o Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure
o Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems
o Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
o Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning
o Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam
o Oversee software and network security
o Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed
o Protect IT infrastructure from external and internal threats
o Manage IT support desk and software/application sup
Conduct training sessions for customers
o Following-up on technical issues faced by customers
