• Create and execute an overall marketing strategy for the business unit; plan would include all campaigns, programs, partner/influencer involvement, and vertical business unit joint programs/linkages.
• Define all programs so they improve the company brand image in an effort to further build the brand, create new business opportunities and drive client acquisition and retention in the region.
• Develop strong messaging to support field level campaigns; messaging must be consistent with corporate messaging and BU strategy.
• Develop key relationships with business unit leaders/senior executives, intermediaries, and analysts that result in innovative marketing programs.
• Work effectively with Public Relations team to ensure the go-to-market plan includes effective media linkages for optimal reach and branding.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing programs through consistent follow up, reporting and analysis.
• Work effectively with marketing center of excellence (COE) by providing leadership and guidance as they support your programs.
