•Responsibility to monitor and check the quality of transactions posting/doc. performed/processed by corporate branch or other department (Clearing, Cash Center…etc) to ensure bank/regulations policy and procedures followed accurately.
•Knowledge in all banking transactions posting types (Such as Cash Deposit, Clearing, Transfers…etc)
•Following up with missing doc./vouchers.
•Identify discrepancies, escalate issue and participate in identifying risk mitigation solutions to control processing.
•Helping in monitoring suspense accounts and ensure postings are accurate
•Ensure that controls are maintained within department procedures.
•Assist in providing performance report for Retails Operations Units’ Staff.
