Programs Development Manager - Integrated Training

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide the highest quality of training products/programs supported by strong talent development concepts to serve various market segments, meet clients’ requirements and objectives.

• Create innovative new programs to keep the company ahead of competition.

• Conduct and manage R&D projects of new programs and enhancement of existing programs.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.







KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Continuously review the scope for improvement in programs performance, drawing out lessons learned and recommending changes where necessary, ensuring a drive for excellence are built in production management and programs quality.

 Develop new programs and enhance existing programs in order to translate desired business benefits into clear and achievable production objectives.

 Conduct R&D projects in order to translate desired business benefits into clear and achievable production objectives.

 Provide the needed support to the Production Director in directing the development and overseeing the implementation of production policies and procedures so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

 Ensure compliance to all relevant quality policies, procedures and controls across the production activities to guarantee employee motivation, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible attitude.







COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

 On-going communication within the Production Director.

 Regular communication with other Departments mainly Operations, M&S and F&A Departments.

External:

 Regular communication with key accounts and external instructors and market players
