Sales Manager - Ejadah Management Consultancy

• Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

• Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

• Explore and develop new business opportunities in line with the company profile and expertise.

• Participate in establishing accurate and competitive pricing levels for all tenders in conjunction with the estimating team, while maintaining maximum profit margin.

• Maintain accurate records of all pricing levels, competitors, and market shares and development.

• Prepare tender commercial and technical proposals for submission to clients.

• Maintain proper development of the sales department staff.

• Ensure that the sales staff meets or exceeds all standards for exploring prospects, follow ups, presentations, proposals, and tender preparation and submittals.
