HR Manager - Saudi National Only - Ejadah Management Consultancy

• Manage the activities of the Section and of the employees assigned to it and evaluate their performance.

• Ensure that employee's welfare and services are provided for by personally handling their grievances and following up on their needs and demands. Assist in building good human relationships among employees.

• Supervise and ensure that all formalities and daily work in the Section is carried out properly and on time, sign the formalities (employment and payroll) and raise to the HR Director for approval when necessary.

• Supervise and coordinate with the Heads of Departments the scheduling of employees annual leaves taking in consideration both contractual terms and work requirement.

• Supervise, monitor and ensure that the program of activities of the Section are efficiently carried out and /or implemented.

• Ensure that company attendance policies are adhered to.

• Ensure that all records, documents and personnel passports and work permits are kept updated and in a safe place.

• Coordinate with concerned departments and follow-up on obtaining block work visas.

• Prepare all correspondence between the Personnel Section and other sections/departments and any outside party, such as labor office, etc., and raise to HR Director for approvals, follow up and resolve any pending issues with such parties.
