General Manager

The General Manager (GM) is responsible and accountable for all supermarket/hypermarket/shopping center activities, and assumes complete responsibility for the company as necessary. The GM works to ensure that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the company's business plan.





Some of the duties and responsibilities :

• Supervising the work of managers of branches and sections

Make sure he adjusts Security Center, and cleaning and maintenance services,

Meetings on the progress of the services and the issuance of orders and follow-up work .

• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.

• controlling costs through contract negotiations, and the reduction of expenses

Review reports profit and loss per month.

• Relationship management tenants, the development of an effective system to communicate with tenants to ensure tenants deal with complaints, monitor the implementation of the terms of the contract, and the introduction of the necessary adjustments. Follow-up and implementation of all leases, to make sure the value of the collection of monthly rentals at specific times

• Assume responsibility for follow-up action contracts including the implementation of negotiation, renovation, supervision and termination.

• A process of checking center buildings internally and externally on a daily basis and follow-up repair any breakdowns.

• Supervise the work of secretarial and reception.

• Coordination with various government departments with regard to the security of the complex.

• Address the grievances of the pioneers of the compound.

• Communicate with the sectors of the community adjacent to the complex.

• Attend weekly staff meetings.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out requests to set up promotional campaigns by the pool.

• To carry out any other tasks assigned to him.

• Have strong communications/relationships with distributors/suppliers.

• Meet customer expectation and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Able to expand the business by opening new functional stores in strategic locations.
