Position Overview:
Overall responsibility over the financial strategy of the FM department, with overall control over governance, procurement processes, contracts obligations and performance management as it relates to contract obligations and payment mechanism.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitors contractual obligations of the Facility Manager and recommends action as appropriate
*
Reviews all performance indicator results and recommends approval by Director
*
Reviews and recommends approval of all FM budgets
*
Conducts analysis of financial results and recommends action on a monthly basis
*
Monitor expenditures, variance analysis and reconciliations
*
Ensures that the FM Management company is delivering as per agreed upon specifications
*
Reviews capital expenditures and recommend approval
*
Monitors the procurement process and ensures that all activities are conducted as per the policies and procedures.
