Proposal Publisher

Design, prepare and issue professional documents supporting responses to Sources Sought Announcements, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Quotations, Requests for Information, Requests for Pre-Qualification and similar solicitations.



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



• Develop and update generic proposal Style Sheets and project-specific proposal Style Sheets.

• Create proposal covers.

• Create proposal Table of Contents.

• Place hard-copy Proposal Outlines, Compliance Matrices, Proposal Themes, Photograph Requirements, Style Sheets, Basis of Estimate samples, Bill of Quantities samples and RFP documents into binders for dissemination to proposal participants.

• Create, modify and apply proposal templates in accordance with RFP instructions.

• Work closely with authors to create and incorporate text, tables, charts, photographs and graphics into master proposal document templates.

• Receive proposal inputs from Proposal Lead and proofread and copy-edit drafts and final copies for grammar, style, content and formatting, using specified conventions and formats.

• Assimilate proposal inputs into formatted draft proposals for milestone proposal review meetings.

• Edit and update draft proposals until creation of final, approved proposal products.

• Create, produce and publish final proposal products in hardcopy, electronic and disk format.

• Deliver final proposal products to Proposal Lead for review and submission to client.

• Establish and maintain document version control for all proposal components.

• Develop and maintain resource library of charts, tables, graphs, photographs and other graphics.

• Safeguard proprietary information.

• Participate in internal and external professional education programs.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
