Looking for a young, highly motivated, extremely organised Administrative Assistant to the CEO & President of Gramercy Holdings.
The job of an Administrative Assistant to the CEO & President is a very important one. As an Admin Assistant, you are the buffer of the Company, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks by being extremely organised and having a keen eye for detail.
- Daily communications with local and international partners
- Read, reply, archive and take necessary action of all incoming emails or telephone queries.
- Organize all orders and incoming shipments for all retail subsidiaries.
- Database entry.
- Ensure complete accuracy of all data entered.
- Point of communication between the HQ and subsidiaries.
- Ensure all documents are organised.
- File all necessary paperwork for HQ and all subsidiaries.
- Archive and organize all e-documents.
- Ensure all Company documents are up to date
- Ensure all incoming queries are attended to in a timely fashion.
- Provide and gather all data info and required documents to and from all subsidiaries.
