Administrator - Man Enterprise

The Administrator oversees and implements administrative procedures, establish, work priorities and coordinate, the process of administrative services.



•Coordinates office services, such as personnel, and records management control.

•Performs office management duties; oversees the maintenance of personnel and fiscal records.

•Completes technical tasks in personnel management.

•Enters and updates data and information on applicable software by the administration department.

•Prepares correspondence for the Area General Manager’s review and signature.

•Oversees and coordinates office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.

•Conducts analysis and review programs and activities to ensure the most effective administrative methods and techniques are used to accomplish overall objectives.

•Supervises the ordering, receiving, storing and issuance of supplies and equipment for office use.
