siParadigm Diagnostic Informatics a Pathology Laboratory located in the USA. Our goal is to provide our clients quality work with utmost service and integrity, We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative for our satellite office in 5th settlement, Cairo.
Office hours are from 2:00pm to 12:00am Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to either come in earlier or stay late and a one hour lunch break. These hours cover two overlapping 8 hours shifts (. 1st shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm and the 2nd shift is from 4:00pm to 12:00am). This is a salary based position that will be paid on a monthly basis. Subject to bonuses upon exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all client/patient calls throughout the day.
• Scheduled Specimen Pickups
• Follow Up on pending referral testing
• Responsible for client supply utilization, documentation and medical reports.
• Data entry, filing, record keeping.
• Correspond with in house staff
