Clients Servicing Manager - KnowledgeView Ltd.

The Clients Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing KnowledgeView's Support Desk, to provide proper servicing to clients and to support them in all of KnowledgeView's products.



The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, strong communication skills in Arabic and English and be client sensitive.



The Clients Servicing Manager's main responsibilities include:



* Providing initial support and troubleshooting

* Collecting information for escalating issues

* Performing installation tasks when necessary.



He/she will be responsible for KnowledgeView's ticketing system and to ensure that calls are answered within SLAs. He/she troubleshoots reported application problems, determines their source, and advises on appropriate action.



In addition to the main responsibilities, the Clients Servicing Manager should be able to provide training to clients and prepare documentations to assist end-users



The Clients Servicing Manager reports to the Technical Manager.
