- Liaison with Die Shop Supervisor, Die Shop Manager, Extrusion Manager, and Plant Manager.
- Responsible for quality of the die, so it can produce material that well match the company’s standards.
- Ensure die correction has been done on time and as it is required.
- To attend and check the dies during trials at the Press.
- Collect nose piece and samples for the dies requiring correction.
- Check all dimensions after trials and record it on the drawing for comparison and correction.
- To use the computer to enter data and retrieve information.
- Ensure his working area is clean and tidy and safety rules are being followed.
- Responsible for arranging dies from die rack to Press as per the Press Production Program.
- Responsible for achieving targets which have been assigned to him.
- To do any other relevant job assigned to him from his Superior.
