TALEX Sales Manager - TAWEELAH ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION CO LLC - TALEX

The TALEX Sales Manager plans, organizes, directs, oversees, controls and evaluates all of the marketing and sales activities in Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Sales Manager leads, manages, appraises and coordinates between Europe and Americas Sales Manager as well as the Middle East and North Africa Sales Manager.

As a member of the Upper Management, the Sales Manager heavily participates in the overall management and leadership activities of the company including but not limited to the meetings such as the periodic Mangers Meetings as well as the constant and systematic reporting to the General Manager as well as the Steering Committee and Board of Directors if required.



Main Duties

Through leading the Europe and Americas Sales Manager as well as the Middle East and North Africa Sales Manager, the TALEX Sales Manager performs the following duties:



 Plan, organize, direct, oversee, control and evaluate all of the marketing and sales activities of TALEX in all of the countries in Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.



 Develop, communicate, institutionalize, manage, implement, evaluate, revise and improve Marketing and Sales Strategic and Annual Plans for Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, North Africa, and Asia; cascade down and set all related SMART Objectives and Key Performance Indicators.



 Develop, communicate, institutionalize, manage, implement, evaluate, revise and improve focused and effective Action Plans that relates either to specific customer or cluster of customers or industry or region or product within Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.



 Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.



 Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.



 Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field promotion action plans.



 Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.



 Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.



 Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.



 Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.



 Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.



 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.



 Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions; plan and review compensation actions; enforce company policies and procedures.



 Participate in the overall management and leadership activities of the company including but not limited to the meetings such as the periodic Mangers Meetings.



 The constant and systematic reporting to the General Manager as well as the Steering Committee and Board of Directors periodically as well as when and if required.
