Prepare Industry Analysis Reports & develop Annual Sales target as per market standards for Developing marketing plans to assure achiement of agreed volume, market share & profit objectives

Identify new opportunities & develop market through relationship with customers

Work with the management to ensure adequate planning for the divisions

Provide monthly financial reports to the HQ, prepare budgets & financial projections

Effectively handling the divisions operations to ensure profitability

Implement personnel policies & procedures that support the values of the business
