Graphic Designer - SSH

Reporting to : Consultant Graphic Coordinator



Job Purpose : To provide the company with Graphic Design support to enhance company presentations.



Responsibilities :

- Graphic design support to company proposals using up to date technology;

- Production of project presentations in the required format in conjunction with relevant Project Principal;

- Maintains and enhances the Company Web Site;

- Produces other company related visual or printed graphic designs;

- Develops design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues;

- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas;

- using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time;

- Multi-tasking: often works on more than one design brief at a time;

- Using a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design;

- Producing accurate and high quality work;

- Keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs;

- Working well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, website designers and marketing specialists;

- Working to tight deadlines;

- Adjusting designs to fit the Company needs or Image.



Teamwork, Cooperation and Communication

- Understands given instructions and implement them. Clarifies instructions when not clear. Facilitates constructive discussion on contentious issues;

- Willingly works extra time to meet given deadlines;

- Advises Consultant Graphic Coordinator on availability for additional work;

- Willingly helps other project teams when own workload permits (under approval from Consultant Graphic Coordinator);

- Guides new joiners on SSH standards, Department Manuals, filling, processes, etc.



Experience :

- 3 - 5 years minimum experience. Use of graphic and web site designing. Has working knowledge of flash, digital programming, Photoshop, premier packages and vector based packages.

- Animation design would be an advantage
