Retention Specialist - Western - Zain Group

The Role:



Work on retaining customers with all provided tools.



The Responsibilities:



* Achieving Retention ratio.

* Handling and closing customers' Requests through Remedy within SLA.

* Quality of Calls & Remedy.

* Highlighting the main causes and reasons beyond customers' requests of line termination and port out to other operator.

* Follow up & escalate customers' issues and complaints to concern teams.
