Position Summary/Mission:

Oversees the TPA operation, disease management services and administration service functions for the Qatar NHIS TPA. Includes managing quality and relationship of vendors. Plans, directs and implements procedures that will assure a high level of customer service satisfaction in accordance with plan policies and procedures. Executes strategic and operational plan in support of disease management objectives and initiatives. Delivery of consistent services and call results, based on established operational metrics and contract KPIs.



Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:

• Management of non-clinical teams.

• Ensures delivery of quality focused, cost effective service and administration.

• Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with other functional managers and areas, including IPHS teams, Partner teams, insurer claims and customer teams, etc.

• Develops and implements business strategies to provide accurate and proactive customer service to members and plan sponsors.

• Provides SME input to NHIC on Health Insurance operations

• Represents the Aetna IPHS Service Organization in a variety of meetings with internal and external clients, including onsite and off-site presentations, client and vendor meetings.

• Plays a critical role in helping IPHS develop future best practice service delivery strategies to coincide with their industry leading product offerings.

• Working closely with and building strong relationships with external vendors
