Operations Manager - LIP - Takeda

-- Act as a leader to develop and roll out operational management strategies across LIP to meet the organizational performance plan within agreed budget and timescales :-

- Define Strategy to achieve “To Market” annual sales target for all LIP countries.

- Setting forecast and sales orders and keep communication with Source of supply to ensure from manufacturing, shipment and lead time

- Build strong communication and respective relations with Takeda distributors in LIP

- Monitoring stock levels in regular basis to ensure adequate stocks, avoid stock rupture and meet ICS

- Coordination with RA department to be always updated about the needed requirements of local health authority

- Responsible to collaborate with other functions in setting sales plan showing wise and flexibility when dealing with unpredicted condition.

- Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy



-- Responsible for debit notes management including checking documentation, review and segmentation

-- Accountable for all clients’ proposals, contracts, and any further documentations following Takeda SOPs.

-- Regularly reviews performance of the business and ensure adherence to defined strategic goals



-- Deliver revenue targets as signed off in MRP

-- Deliver profit targets as signed off in MRP

-- Deliver “To Market” sales as per MRP



-- Auditing inventory and ICS on monthly basis

-- Ensure that business is meeting desired compliance levels set under Group and cluster policies



-- Ensure continuous development of direct reports and build successors for key and critical roles

-- Establish and regularly review individual performance and developmental expectations with all direct reports.

-- Hire and retain desired talent through an effective development and engagement

-- Foster a culture of knowledge building and sharing across the business
