PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:



• Able and know-how the operations processes of Steel Factory from raw materials to finish products .

• Welded Wire Mesh

• Deformed Steel Bars

• Cutting & Bending

• C-Channel

• Block Ladder Mesh



• Planning and organising production schedules

• Assessing project and resources requirements

• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and Managers

• Determining quality control standards

• Overseeing production processes

• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipments

• Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff

• Supervising the work of junior staff

• Prepares Daily Production Report and any other reports that the Manager may be require

• Knowledgeable on how to procure the raw materials at the lowest yet with good quality.

• Making sure the COST will be maintained at the minimum
