Student Registration Administrators for Male/Female Colleges in Al Wajh and Umluj (Tabouk region) - Mondragon Wintec International Training Operator

Mondragon Educacion Internacional (MEI, Spain) and Wintec (New Zealand) are leading providers of international technical education, and we are working in partnership to manage a cluster of several male and female vocational and technical Colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as one of the International Operators.



Ensuring high-quality jobs for Saudi Nationals is one of the most critical priorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and they are embarking on one of the largest technical and vocational education and training upgrades in the world. The will increase the capacity of the system from 110,000 students to more than 400,000 students in the next 10 years using brand new, purpose-built colleges run by international operators. The project is of great strategic importance to the entire country and MEI and Wintec want to support the Saudi people to achieve their goals - and you too can be part of this exciting journey.



You will be a key part of the team providing a quality learning experience to 16-18 year olds Saudi students and delivering these work-ready and well qualified graduates to the local Saudi industry and community.



Our colleges are in the coastal region of Tabouk:

• Al Wajh Technical College, Al Wajh City

• Al Wajh Technical College for Girls, Al Wajh City

• Umluj Technical College, Umluj City



Each College will accommodate 2000 students. Year One of Diploma level study will provide English language and Foundation studies, with Year Two and Year Three focusing on a range of vocational programmes. Year Three students will spent up to 30% of their time in on-job training. All programmes will be taught in English and aligned to the Saudi National Occupational Skill Standards (NOSS).



The role of the Student Registration team will be:



1. To assist with the planning and development of a set of goals and objectives for the student services



2. To coordinate and administer student support to enrolled and prospective students.



3. To review college students support initiatives to ensure student, faculty and administration needs are met



4. To maintain student’s records data base, create and provide reports. To be the contact point for enrolled and prospective student information.



5. To attend and be responsible of the student administration front desk when it comes to clarify enrolled students or potential students doubts and issues
