Supporting Internal Communications activities with in AEC to help create an environment that facilitates an enabling dialogue between management and employees.To develop and manage new internal communications channels as required.
1. Create and execute communications plans for specific initiatives.
2. Manage Newsletter - research, development, timing, printing, distribution.
3. Management of Internet, web site content, site appearance, timing, changes, new AEC initiatives.
4. To process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and to effectively communicate the related required actions to a workforce.
5. Develop new strategies and plan to enhance internal communications.
6. Streamlining AEC announcements for entire workforce through one port.
7. Facilitate the communication of key corporate messages within organisation whilst maintaining corporate uniformity and standards.
8. Develop & Maintain digital signage contents and materials.
9. Ensure that the organisation’s publications are of high quality and are disseminated appropriately.
10. To undertake a communication assessment and as a result to which develop and implement organisation’s communications.
