Sales Analyze:
• Collecting; compiling and analyzing sales data and analyze the following:
1a. Fast moving:
Which article is moving fast in which market/sector. :with clear break up of details of particular article: ( 1. Style linked with sketch / picture; 2. Quality of fabric used in that article; 3. Quality of any specific attribute or item; 4. Color / combination.;5 . Accessories details;6. Fit details: long / short; 7. Formal / casual; 8. Season( Summer / winter.)
i. Which fabric is preferred & moving fast in which sector / class.
ii. Which article is preferred & moving fast in which sector / class.
iii. Suggestion of the sales people / shop manager / area manager
1b. Slow moving
i. Which article / fabric quality not preferred or less preferred.
ii. The reason for non- moving or slow moving.
iii. Are the sales persons aware of the quality of non moving items.
iv. Which color or color combination is mostly in non-moving.
2. Ware house stock analyze
I. Based on the above analytical report analyze further like: how much stock of fast moving garment stock available and how much slow moving / non-moving stock available in warehouse.
Periodical MIS reports has to be submitted to sales manager.
3. Technical specification of all garments:
You have to maintain a detailed technical specification of each article with elaborate / precise information.
1. Article / style / model & reference number.
2. Style with sketch / picture
3. Quality of fabric / material / leather used in that article
4. Quality of lining with specification
5. Size :
6. Fit details:.
7. Color / combination.
8. Accessories / fusing details
9. Formal / casual
10. Summer / winter
4. Merchandise distribution:
• To assist area manager for respective products’ distribution to various showrooms as per requirements.
5. Quality awareness:
i. You have to make a detailed specification chart ( detailed & precise information ) point by point regarding garment construction, fabric, lining, accessories etc as discussed above ( with samples / swatches attached to it, )
ii. You have to explain to our sales team in detail about the qualities of each fabric / material / style as detailed above.
iii. You have to make technical literature explaining our sales people how to inform the customer about the advantages of the particular garment with technical data. How this garment is suitable for their skin and useful in winter / summer: for travel & tour etc.
iv. Visit all our shops well prepared with samples, swatches & above said details and conduct awareness drive in every shop and make sure that they understood the instructions.
v. Inform our sales staff about fabric’s care instruction.
