You will be responsible for improving the organization’s market position while at the same time facilitating the financial growth within the organization. The job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:



• Preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis ensure that Project Management understands the financial implications of the missions they set for the Project.

• Monitoring the credit status of all debtors and coordinates and processes all payments to creditors and suppliers on a timely basis.

• Determining the level of profitability of each site and the project as a whole and liaise with the Project Management on the outcome.

• Reviewing of new contracts, modifications and/or contract terms to raise financial concerns or loopholes. This includes verifying the contract against existing technical and financial proposals, RFPs and project costing.

• Preparing, reviewing, finalising project mobilisations and control costs/mobilisation spend

• Controlling and reviewing financial and operational reports such as the accounts receivable overview, cash flow forecast, weekly financial report.

• Reviewing of monthly financials with Project Manager which includes providing commentary on all variances (actual versus budget) and presentation of operational or project developments and KPIs.



The position will report directly to the Project Management in Afghanistan.
