Executive Assistant (Saudi Only) - Aldar Audit Bureau

- Typing documents in both English & Arabic.

- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.

- Dealing with correspondence and writing letters.

- Establishing and maintaining filing and Records.

- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

- Making travel arrangements (tickets, hotel reservations and other related arrangements).

- Coordinating office management activities for the executive.

- Receiving and screening incoming calls and visitors.

- Handling some basic accounting functions (recording, payments, follow-up on payment dates…etc.)

- Following-up on the execution of important tasks.

- Any other tasks mandated by the manager.
