• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing initiatives (project, changes) related to Finacle Core Banking System
• Write system design/architecture document and functional specifications for all new development projects/product implementation.
• Coordinate Finacle development for multiple projects across the different delivery units within IT and vendor.
• Ensure Quality implementation into Production.
• Ensure SLA’s agreed with business are met.
• Provide minor programming for some in-house IT projects.
• Write operational documentation for includingFinacle including operations, user guide, etc.
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Manage the completion of project deliverables such as functional specifications, architecture documents, technical specs, Development, user manual according to the plan.
• Manage the completion of change requests. Resolve incidents/problems within SLA timeframe
• Comply with standards and policies defined by IT governance and internal control framework, IT QMS and IT policies and procedures including use of online PHR and portfolio management, EPM for project planning, Timelogger, Remedy, SLA inputs, Time sheet updates.
• Timely housekeeping and maintenance of the systems.
• Root cause analysis for problems and ensure that they are addressed.
• Reducing the number of incidents and ensuring vendor deliveries have the required quality.
• Regular updates to business on their incident and problem status
