Franchise Manager - Sharaf Retail Division

•Head the Franchise team, find and develop new franchisees for the business.

•Provide an established, tried-and-tested Franchise system and oversee new franchisees

•Co-ordinate with the spa Trainer to provide training to staff for new outlets as well as practical on-the-job training to key staff members.

•Expand the franchisee network through marketing & sales efforts locally and internationally.

•Complete the transactions, franchise documents signing and oversee all the franchisees training etc.

•Manage Licensor/Licensee and Franchisor/Franchisee and landlord/tenant agreements

•Provide guideline in new site selection and construction of new outlets.

•Provide overall supervision of the franchise activities.

•Establish budget and financial control, including P&L bench marking.

•Prepare market studies in order to identify the potential in market.

•Prepare the corresponding business plan.

•Assemble and execute a critical path for franchisee spa opening.

•Assisting in the recruitment process for key positions within the franchise team.
