• Manage the hard & soft assets for the parking systems
• Manage sub contract providers for technology, repairs, cleaning, car washing and security
• Establish training programs for supervisors and staff
• Lead a culture of extreme attention to health and safety
• Establish and manage a system for customer service
• Interface with relevant government agencies as required
• Manage special needs for events
• Manage the parking operations for a mixed use retail and office complex
