Sales Manager / Brand Manager - Associated Construction ASCO

- Plan annual sales and transfer local business vision to Sales Team by using all sales channels to achieve sales targets

- Intensive field coaching of sales team by going with them daily on field trips and coaching them in accordance with Sales Management Process

- Lead the Sales Team in the region to increase coverage and penetration

- Close interaction with Marketing Department to understand regional market initiatives and support with local market information (i.e. potential, customer & competition sensing)

- Responsible for recruitment, performance management and personal development of the sales team

- Understand customer needs and support sales team to suggest Solutions and Products

- Good knowledge of construction business in the region and develop related trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Steel & Metal, Interior Finishing, Energy & Industry)
