Airport Operation Graduate Program - Etihad Airways

Is a structured 3 years Training Programme that develop talented Emiratis who are carefully selected. Train and coach them in all aspects of the Airport Operations. The programme is underpinned with an IATA Diploma to elevate the Aviation knowledge of those Emiratis and to become future leaders and be present across the network of Etihad. The training will include international assignment to destinations that Etihad operate to, and will include working in shifts. The result of this training will be qualified and well trained Duty Managers and Airport Managers. The international assignment will be based on Business Need as well as Performance of the graduates.



Requirements If one of your ambitions is to become one of the family members of your National Airline and join the Program, please consider the entry criteria listed below:



UAE National

Holding a Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma is required

Strong written and verbal English language

Age not more than 30 yrs

Willing to work in airport environment in shifts

Wearing a uniform is required

Willing to Travel
