HR Specialist

1. Developing procedures and policies, recommending changes in existing policies for the smooth functioning of the business.

2. Participation in work planning and goal settings.

3. Should document work flows and work procedures

4. Co-ordinate new employees processing and Orientation.

5. Uses independent judgment, Initiative and good human

relations and problem solving skills in the application and follow

through on actions.

6.Assists in collection, preparation and review of data for

reports, proposals etc. Also ensures that all reports and correspondence achieve a high level of quality.

7.Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of providing accurate information in

compliance with established guidelines.

8.Prepare and maintain related training and development

records and reports.
