As the Adminstration Assistant, you are the face of Heights International and the first person customers and visitors will see and interact with. You are an excellent communicator, well organised, proficient with the use of computers and willing to learn, develop and grow with the business. Your main tasks will be:
- To ensure enquiries and correspondence is dealt with and closed within 24 working hours
- Ensure the presentation of the office environment is immaculate
- Complete all administrative duties to deadline diary management, typed minutes, forward phone messages, translate documents.
- Proactively develops the administrative processes in the office
- Makes guests feel welcome and accommodated
- Work alongside the NuYu team to actively promote the brand and develop new business by coordinating and planning lead generating activity
- Management of the social media of NuYu & Heights International
