Sales Manager - Office 1 Gulf

-To direct and lead in the selling of company products and services.

-To achieve individual key performance targets

-Actively seek new ways of generating additional sales revenue.

-Understand the marketplace and identify opportunities for future growth.

-Develop and deliver effective product and service launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional sales materials that result in revenue growth.

-Cold Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

-Actively and successfully manage the sales executives

-Candidate must have individual responsibility, problem solving, leadership, & Managerial skills.

-Review own Sales Performance aiming to meet or exceed targets

-Consistent completion of reports required by line management

-Present weekly forecast for your sales to General Manager..

-To actively support all products launches and events.

-To be able to listen to customer requirements,

-Be able to respond to clients both by phone and email/letters.

-Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.
