JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:
• Oversee and direct a professional and comprehensive administration services inclusive of all employee relation, public relation and building facility issues,
• Contributes significantly to the achievement of the vision, aims and business objectives of the Company through the development and implementation of administration strategies, .
• Ensure that the Company is able to provide the best administration services matching to the new regulation low and challenge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement the Admin Strategy and action plan for the Company ensuring that the skills, knowledge and attitude of staff are developed in line with business objectives.
2. Provide an advisory and consultative service on all aspects of employment law and practices to executive management and all managers, ensuring that the Company complies with all legal requirements and best practice.
3. A strong leadership and team management skills are necessary required.
4. Develop and implement an advance procurement process and producer.
5. Lead the development and growth of event management, organizing VIP meeting & conference.
6. To develop and manage the security and safety functions in the organization.
7. Work collaboratively to initiate a new tools and channels across the Company to ensure continuous improvement of the administration function, working to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Maintain awareness of changes in employment regulation law, government policy (GOSI, MOL &MOI etc.) and emergence of best practice using this to provide strategic advice to colleagues on effective use of human resource and all organizational development issues.
9. Ensure the best service for western employees accommodation, travel, hotels and company cars. .
10. Represent the Company at appropriate forums and meetings promoting the organization to ensure a positive image and enhanced reputation
