1. Train / coach Renault dealer service technicians in ML I, ML II, ELM and New Model product technical service and maintenance matters
2. Assist the workshop in complex diagnostic jobs
3. Act as the "Technical Support" contact between the manufacturer and the dealer
4. Provide OJT (on-the-Job-Training) to the dealer technicians
5. Assist in conducting Renault /Nissan combined technical training
