Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude across a broad spectrum of technology; have solid experience with systems integration using vendor, custom and open source solutions; and have a history of working across organizations delivering solutions dependent on multiple groups for business process and technology requirements. The candidate should have experience with product release processes (project planning, change control, quality assurance and release management). The candidate should have an understanding of Identity Management concepts and practices. You will capture requirements for future architectural or tool set changes in the Identity & Access Management infrastructure; identify the techniques and technologies that should be applied at the national/enterprise level; help define the design, requirements and architecture that the IAM infrastructure must support; identify, analyze and address any technical dependencies and interfaces; develop operational methods to sustain performance, reliability, and availability; deploy tools supporting provisioning including connector and workflow solutions; and provide production support as needed.
Accountabilities:
Solution Development and Delivery
• Interpret and apply IAM architecture and designs to build Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers
• Design and develop high quality software services and features for projects
• Work with stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions
• Communicate effectively and work closely with other teams to ensure we're building the best products
• Display and promote adaptability to learn new tools and technologies
• Understand the requirements and design, develop Systems based on JEE\.Net Technologies to be deployed on JEE\.Net Application Server.
• Use Industry best practices methodologies in Design
• Develop Web Services(SOAP, REST) to expose web services or Consume Web Services to fulfill different integration needs.
• Unit test the artifacts to insure that implemented artifacts fulfill the requirements
• Monitor and report on task status, identify issues that may hinder fulfillment of the task, recommend and implement corrective measures.
• Work directly with the project team and implementation partners - if needed.
• Take the lead role in design and implementation for major components of the system
• Ensures that the design/implementation meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements and in compliance with the architecture of the solution.
• Presenting the Solution to internal and external stakeholders, through presentations and documents.
• Participate in delivering the High Level and Low Level Design documentation
• Ensure that the coding guidelines, documentation standards/requirements and SDLC methodology are adhered to
• Consistently delivers high-quality services and components.
