Conduct the entire process of recruitment, mainly including the following:
a.Liaise with Branch Managers and department heads to establish their recruitment requirements ensuring all recruitments are in line with budget and forecasted levels of business. Follow up with Managers during all stages of the recruitment process, keeping them informed of progress and ensuring that HR is aware of all actions.
b.Manage Job posting; using all available internal & external means.
c.Hire potential candidates following the company set procedure.
d.Conduct recruitment exams and tests.
e.Ensure that all potential employees are interviewed by HR Department prior to hiring stage. Take leading role in interview process.
f.Ensure reference checks are conducted for all staff and records.
g.Maintain excellent and professional relations with the potential local educational institutions.
h.Provide contracts of employment or letters of agreement.
i.Ensure all employees starting information is accurately completed, entered into the system and communicated to payroll department. Ensure all concerned managers are informed of all starters.
j.Ensure, with the cooperation of the training office, that all new starters have successfully completed their induction programs and other information ensuring a smooth introduction to the company and new workplace (A quick induction will be provided in the branch by the branch/floor manager).
k.Ensure that Staff Handbook and other HR documentation are updated on a regular basis and utilize the company's policies.
