We are seeking a Lead Mechanical / Rotating Equipment Engineer to join the Technical Team of a leading global Oil and Gas Company. An experienced and motivated individual is required to fill the position of Lead Mechanical / Rotating Equipment Engineer to support these EPIC packages. The packages will be completed by various contractors, and the Lead Mechanical / Rotating Equipment Engineer will have responsibilities across the scopes to ensure seamless integration of the systems. The new equipment will tie in to the existing systems, and this will also require coordination with the facilities team in Doha.

Desired skills:

- Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering- A minimum of 10 years experience in mechanical rotating equipment design and specification, including 5 years practical experience in trouble shooting and startup of rotating equipment for offshore topsides facilities.- Preference for experience with GE Fr 5, RGT4000/5000, Dresser Rand and Nuovo Pignone gas compressors, John Crane dry gas seals, GT10B power generators, Sulzer pumps, David Brown pumps and Weir pumps.
