Tasks:

*Manage the office schedule and create a calendar

*Prepare meeting

*creating Data base of Employees, clients & suppliers

*Dealing with suppliers

*Run the office physically

(clean, equipment maintained, stationary and kitchen needs

*Answering all incoming calls

*Create filing system

*Creating a company projects deliverable chart•

*Creating necessary form that would help departments for efficient work.

*Investigating any internal problem or complain

Skills:

*Excellent command of English

*Excellent computer skills and writing skills
