1. The core objectives of the Program, is to identify and to train qualified and capable Kuwaiti undergraduates and graduates who could later be potential hires.
2. Annual Contract (subject to renew), with a 4-6 Month Rotation across different departments, working on a number of different projects- Operations Units, Finance, and Banking.
3. Will have to work 2 or 3 days a week, total 8 hours a week. Full training will be provided.
