Job Purpose:
The incumbent in this position will be responsible for implementation and administration of operations in three areas: Matrix Grade C learning Needs, Developing Internal Trainers, professional Membership.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Ensures that all paperwork is carefully prepared for submission by the Contract Training Admin Assistant
Keeps ERP-OLM updated in terms of course/class details and enrolments/attendees.
Manages the delivery of learning events (English language and role specific learning) as per requirement. Includes but not limited to maintaining 80% average attendance, using internal trainers (where appropriate) and creating an in-house catalogue of training materials.
Sends training plans, schedules, invitations and any other communication and liaises with the TNA/PTE consultant to ensure timely feed-back to the concerned manager.
Liaises with the Training Admin Assistant (contract) to ensure that all training logistics are requested and delivered in a timely manner.
Receives, confirms and clarifies LNI’s from ERP-OLM to ensure ISO 10015 compliance.
Initiates and delivers learning intervention as per approved policy and procedures.
Looks for opportunities to increase the quantity and quality of Internal Trainers
Facilitates the development and maintenance of learning materials
Receives and confirms the re-imbursement from the employee and ensures compliance with policy and processes as per approved procedures.
Looks for opportunities to improve performance in own scope of work
Actively engages in team meetings to improve processes
Will carry out any other responsibility specifically entrusted by T&D Manager.
Familiarize, understand and implement QF health, safety, and environment policy, procedures, legal regulations and objectives applicable to areas of responsibility. Ensures coordination with HSE department in implementing, monitoring and reviewing of HSE performance to ensure work under his/her control is performed in a safe, healthy and environmentally sound manner.
